Kume Sekkei is an international multidisciplinary architectural and engineering firm, specializing in architectural design. Our more than 300 architects and over 80 qualified structural and M & E engineers offer professional services including urban planning, interior design, structural and civil engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, project management, cost planning and control, feasibility studies, and building diagnosis. Since our establishment in 1932, we have successfully completed about 6,000 projects in 40 nations. Kume Sekkei representative offices are located in Beijing, Shanghai and Taipei. In Japan, there are nine branch offices and two affiliated companies. ISO9001 (quality management) certification, December 1998. ISO14001 (environmental management) certification, March 1999. Kume Sekkei is the first architectural firm in Japan to be accredited for its company-wide integrated quality and environmental management system.
