After surveying the Pacific Ocean resort paradise for the optimal location and analyzing the study results, the Hotel Nikko Saipan concept was born. The design envisions more than a hotel building; it seeks to create a resort at one with its surrounding environment, growing on an axis of water, greenery and small wildlife. Hotel Nikko Saipan is arrayed in U-shape along the sea, and encompasses a man-made lagoon. Its architecture features a natural atrium at its core, which serves to coax the Mariana Islands' cooling trade winds into the hotel's open and relaxed environs.
