There are two development goals for this project. One is the integration of dispersed offices, and the other is to realize a high-quality workplace for those engaged in creative endeavors. Several major design concepts were utilized to achieve the goals. These include maintaining a transparent and open space befitting the office’s Tokyo Bay waterfront site; creating a sense of community from the vast space surrounding the atrium; and producing an innovative and intelligent physical environment, complete with a pre-wired system, high-capacity power supply, LAN, and energy-conscious HVAC system. The space itself expresses our philosophy of contributing to society and mankind through the medium of urban and architectural design.
