Yebisu Garden Place is the product of an integrated urban development plan, in which housing, offices, commercial and cultural facilities are all organically linked. The project revolves around the realization of twin concepts -- more fulfilling time in a more fulfilling space - manifest in a design that devotes more than 40% of the site to public spaces. Emblematic of the urban landscape the project celebrates, a promenade plaza forms the core of the Yebisu Garden Place. Indeed, it is a central artery for the entire area, and is always buzzing with activity.
